This ministry convenes annually after every National Executive Committee meeting and is chaired by the Presiding Bishop. Each District Chairman reports and accounts on behalf of the District he presides over. These senior leaders discusses, shares and regulates common ideas and challenges affecting their respective districts as well as conduct an introspection on itself on matters affecting the church leadership. Finally this gathering suggests and proposes new innovative and progressive ideas and submits them to office of Bishop for consideration and approval.
The pastoral Reform is chaired by the presiding Bishop on an anual basis and consists of all ordained ministers to discuss all matters affecting ministries, circuits and the church at large. The Pastoral Reform inter-links circuits and Conference.
Women uManyano convenes annually and is presided by Lady Bishop. It is the custodian of Missionary work and Outreach Programmes. They nurtures and teaches good ethics to women. It also focuses more on living Christian life and respect. Each District conducts its Annual District Convention and report to the National Women Convention at this seating.
Amadodana ministries is made of males who gather annually to discuss matters pertaining to males, such as abuse and good ethics. The district conventions report to this gathering. Amadodana teaches the Church doctrine and prepares young men for leadership roles. It also empowers those already in leadership with modern leadership skills as well as assist ministers in establishing new circuits.
Iintombi is an anual gathering under the wing of Women Manyano. It discusses matters affecting young and single women. Leads services with hymns. Prepares young and single women for adult life and life in general.
Ulutsha (youth) is viewed as future of the Church consisting of young men and women of the Church. They main role is to prepare the youth to be able to withstand outside world by teaching other youth members good morals and respect. They also nurture and reveal hidden talent, potential and skills through active participation within the church activities.
